French grounds maintenance company Pellenc has launched into the UK market, debuting at the IOG SALTEX show, held at Windsor Racecourse.
Four environmentally friendly products designed for parks, gardens and local authorities were showcased at the event, where Pellenc were awarded the silver award for best 100m-149sq m stand.
Running on lithium-ion batteries, the company gave live demonstrations of The Selion, Helion, Treelion and C15 range of chainsaws, hedge trimmers and pruning shears.
Alain Pondant, Pellenc’s director of green technology division says: “Many groundsmen, landscapers and local authority personnel expressed an interest... It was also a good opportunity to meet British dealers, make some good contacts and to see what the end-users thought of our products.”
